I had a computer problem with Windows 10 lost all programs. Tried to reinstall Accounts 2015but it has come up with error 1920 Quickbooks Database Manager Services (QBCF Monitor Service) failed to star. The suggested link home.reckon.com.au/support/Home/ReckonSupport did not work with error message 404 File or directory not foun d. What can I do next?

    Did you instal the database server manager? Did you make sure the services have started?

    Hi Robin,

    In addition to Kevin's post above, there's a KB article on this error message here - 
    Error 1920.Service QuickBooks Database Manager Service failed to start when installing

    Let me know if you have any trouble accessing that article

    Thanks Rav will try. I was an original Apple 11 user but at 75 I am not to savvy with computers today.
