How to set up time in lieu in Hosted

I'd like to be able to record a staff members additional hours which are accrued and then taken as TOIL. Can someone please help me do this?
I've gotten to the point of using the Other 1 or 2 in the company preferences, but now I'm a bit stumped..
I've seen some useful instructions provided for the same problem but not for Reckon Hosted.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Rav,
Thanks, this is about as far as I have got. When I get to the point of renaming the other leave item, I get lost because I can't find this payroll category and I think at some point it has been renamed and and the made inactive. How do I tell which one it might have been? More specifically what "type" of payroll item should it be?
