STP Update Event

How can I change the payrun date when trying to update an STP Payroll event?

There is a drop down box but only the latest pay is available.

    Hi Christine,

    Are you finding this in the Single Touch Payroll screen in Reckon Accounts Hosted prior to exporting the file?

    I believe it could be related to this -

    Single Touch Payroll Lodgements window does not list all my previous payruns

    Yes - Employees - Process Single Touch Payroll - Then there is a drop down box to choose the pay run.

    I looked at the information you provided and yes it would be the same issue.
    I will wait for the problem to be rectified as I am not going to work off back ups.
    Thanks for the information. It would much more preferable if processes worked when installed. Do Reckon test updates before installation?
