Licence key doesn't work!!

I just purchased Personal Plus 2019, got the email with download link and licence key (IKC). On install, I copy in the IKC (even tried copying and pasting) and the 'next' button stays greyed out!

Any thoughts?

    Make sure there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the key.

    thanks all. Got it to work. Interestingly, the first time I downloaded the zip file with the software and launched it, it was asking for a 'licence code' and it was here that the IPC didn't work. I tried downloading again and this time got a different screen asking for the IPC, and it worked.

    I swear I didn't do anything differently on both downloads / installs, but clearly I did.
