New printer , now printing problems on Reckon

Hi, just got a new printer Brother J5220-DW and having problems printing off Reckon from it. It is coming out as landscape even though all setting are on portrait. It is fine printing other docs off other programmes, just not Reckon! Anyone had this trouble?

    Hi Belinda,
    I haven't been able to replicate what you've described, is this affecting a particular form/report or everything that you print from Hosted?

    You've mentioned you've checked the print settings, was through Hosted's print setup itself such as the below?

    I logged into Reckon on our other PC and iIt is printing fine from our other PC which also uses the new printer, but not off my computer.!

     It cuts the invoice in half as though it is landscape
