Cannot log into reckon portal

Cannot log into Reckon Portal with my Reckon Accounts hosted User name and password, error message saying it does not exist please help

    Hi Melinda,
    Have you been able to log into the Reckon Portal using your Hosted login credentials successfully on any previous occasions or is this the first time you're trying to do so?

    Are you attempting to login with a user name or User ID?
    You need to ensure you're logging in with a user name not a user ID (unless that is also your user name).
