Since a Windows 10 update, my colleague receives the below error message when trying to email from Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2018.
"Printer not activated, error code -30"
Please refer to screenshot attached.

I have called Reckon and they wanted my colleague to run Reckon as Administrator which we want to avoid.

My colleague has the following software:
Outlook 2016
Windows 10
Reckon 2018

Hi Kevin, all users within our company send emails from Reckon without using Admin permissions! Why do we need Admin permission now?

Charlene you only need admin rights to the local directory. You do not need to be logged in as admin. This is all laid out in the support note. You can call me if you like 0407744914

Hi Maria, I have a HP printer. And an Epson printer. And a Kyocera printer. But I don't have a brother printer.
