no data received

Hi

 I have already input all wage information and made Pay runs, but the data is not shown in GovConnect of four companies. The error message is that " No Data Received".

Clients' details are all same under book setting and GovConnect.

I guess the reason why this problem was raised is client's GST Branch. Could you please reset this Branch code under GovConnect?

    You said you have processed the payruns,  have you also exported to Gov Connect and uploaded them?

    Yes, I already posted and sent the payrun to Gov Connect. But it says 'No data received'.

    Well something is clearly missing or wrong, as you said certainly could be the GST branch, sorry nothing more to suggest

    Hi Jenny,
    When I look at your ABN in our database I can see that its been registered with a branch number of 2.
    Do you actually have this branch number for your ABN in reality?

    Hi Rav,

    This entity doesn't have a branch number 002.

    Like other entities, please remove the branch number.

    I've deleted the ABN with the incorrect branch number. You'll need to register your ABN in GovConnect again with the correct details ie. no branch number.
