Hi, I am trying to access Reckon Accounts Hosted but am coming up with the message 'IP address does not exist'...has the planned maintenance commenced early?
Hi Karen, Just tested out Hosted login with a few colleagues on different machines & browsers and everything seemed normal.
Where in the process are you encountering this message? ie. is it after entering your sign-in details and hitting the 'Login' button or is it when hitting the 'Launch Accounts 2019 R2' button?
Can you please close down your browser and then try again in the first instance. Which browser are you using? Try using a different browser and see if that helps at all.
