reckon portal not connecting from accounts hosted

Doing STP from reckon accounts hosted and when I get to the "Internet Explorer" page it just hangs blank.  Have tried Mozilla and Safari.  Can get to portal outside of reckon accounts hosted??

    You will have to save the file somewhere else, or download to pc after creating it, then login to Portal.reckon.com and sign in using Reckon account name and password. Then select Reckon Gov connect from side menu and lodge file. Or just wait till next week and hopefully it will be fixed and this week’s figures will be included with next week’s

    Hi Julie,
    We've just tested this out and are encountering the same thing. We've got the Portal team looking into this at the moment. In the interim, please access GovConnect/Reckon Portal in a separate browser tab outside of Hosted to upload your submission while we get this patched up.

    Apologies for the hassle its causing at the moment.
