STP setup when taking over from a previous bookkeeper

Hi, I am a BAS agent who has taken over a client who uses Reckon Accounts Hosted 2019 R2. The previous bookkeeper was lodging the STP. When I try to lodge the STP, Reckon creates the file and takes me to Reckon GovConnect but then prompts me to Get Started and fill in the company ABN etc. It then tells me that the ABN has already been registered and won't let me proceed. How do I get STP set up correctly for my use? Cheers, Robyn

Hi Robyn, I suggest you ring Reckon Tech Support for this they can talk you through the STP set process, they are very helpful. Cheryl

You need to get your client to login to the Portal and share their existing STP GovConnect tile with you, once you have setup your own login.
