Free STP App and then upgrade to Reckon One, records missing

Hi I had the free Reckon STP payroll app and have been using that, I have just recently upgraded to the paid version and my records (payruns/employee details etc) haven’t transferred over. I rang my Reckon Cloud Solutions Consultant and she advised me to ask on here what to do she also advised they are different software so won’t transfer over

    Hi there,
    We're currently working on a migration process from the free STP to Reckon One however at this stage data won't transfer over from one to the other.

    What you can do however is 'zero out' the balances you have sent thus far from the free STP app and then enter the current YTD in Reckon One and start your STP submissions from the next pay run.

    To zero out balances from the app, you just create a negative adjustment for each employee for the balances you've reported so far. So for example, so far you've reported $1000.00 gross pay, $100.00 tax & $50.00 super for Employee A from the app. Just create an adjustment for -$1000.00 pay, -$100.00 tax and -$50.00 super and send it through.

    Can you please help.  We need to know how to fix an error that is coming from the Reckon Single Touch Payroll App - it is 6976.99000000001
