Can someone please tell me what this message means. I recive the message when I hit Send to Govconnect. User is not authorized to access this resource with an explicit deny. Thanks

    Has the software ID been registered?

    Hi Rodney,
    Has the STP entity been setup in GovConnect first?
    If so, has it been setup with the same ABN and branch number that you have listed in your Reckon One book settings? 
    You'll find the ABN & branch section in your Reckon One book by clicking the Settings option in the top right corner and then going into 'Book Settings'

    Thanks for the reply.  I did not have the branch number in Book Settings.  I have now been able to send the payrun to govconnect.  Thanks again
