better clinics intergration

Hello, 

I am trying to get payments collected though "Better Clinics" to integrate with reckon one, i have spoken to a better clinics rep and he set it up so all payments received in better clinics should show up in reckon one about 2 weeks ago, but nothing is showing.  can someone please help me go though and find out what is going wrong?
