Bank Rec - Unable to save a payment/receipt transaction

I am trying to accept bank transactions for bank reconciliation in Reckon One but it says 'An unexpected error occurred, Unable to save a payment/receipt transaction'.
I have tried to log-off and on few times, restarted my computer but no luck, appreciate any help. Thanks

I am having the same problem.

I have just opened a different Reckon One book, and it is working ok when accepting bank transactions. But then I changed back over to the previous Reckon One book that I was working on, I am still getting the same error message as above.0

Further update... now I have three different books coming up with the same error message.
Do we need to ring Reckon for support on this? Or is it a known issue that they are dealing with?0
