When I click on top line of screen displaying titles such as File, Edit, Tools, Online etc. it will not display what lies below

    Hi @Neryl

    Does the current Personal Range software you're using have a valid subscription/license?

    Which version are you currently running? Does your file itself open and its only the options in the Menu bar at the top which are unavailable or is nothing opening at all?

    Yes. I am about to download 2021 but was wondering whether my problem should be fixed first. The only problem I have is that the menu bar is unavailable. Everything else is OK. I have not had this problem before.
