How to remove payrun from STP
I submitted a payrun to STP but it was incorrect in relation to the Jobkeeper allowances. So I corrected the payrun and submitted it again. Now I have the payrun showing twice at teh ATO.
How do I delete or reverse one of the payruns that have been submitted via STP?

I have a similar issue trying to fix an error but have held back submitting the second one through Reckon Gov connect as I suspected there might be a problem and that it may incorrectly count both pay runs.
"Please select which report Type you wish to upload to Reckon Gov Connect STP"
there are two options and no differentiation between between new Pay Run / Full File Replacement
"New Pay Run / Full File Replacement"
"Update a previously completed ATO submission or Finalise Year"
"Cancel"
"Confirm"
The problem seems to be that there is nowhere to select Full File Replacement as a unique option, and as a consequence seems to double it up.

Have just realised there is an option in reckon itself to select full file replacement, not the Reckon gov connect portal.
But as the previous one has been successfully submitted to ATO, it looks to me like it may add them twice ... I guess I don't have the confidence with this process to be sure that it isn't going to d ouble up deepening the problem.
I will get around it by doing the adjusting payroll entry tomorrow and a separate STP submission then.

Hi guys,
Something to keep in mind is, Single Touch Payroll is reported on a Year to Date basis only. If the submissions you have sent contain the same YTD balances for your employees then it won't add to the balance from the previous submission.
If you have a previously sent submission which you now need to amend to reflect the new classification, then its best to use an Update Event. I note it refers to reckon One ... I am on Hosted but assume the process is identical.
