Renewing out of date subscription

I changed my credit card number and was not able to log into my reckon hosted account within the appropriate time frame to update the details before I was locked out. I called the customer support number however it is closed at the times that suit me best to ring. Can I get this rectified somehow online outside of the call centre hours of operation? Will my data be preserved or has that all been deleted from the server?

    You need to ring support within 30 days or you'll lose it forever. Unlike Zero, Reckon don't guarantee to keep your data. I hope you have a backup. Call me if you get stuck Kevin 0407744914

    It has been almost 30 days, can you tell me the operating hours of the support number?

    Piece of cake. 9am to 5pm AEST. Not flash but it'll get you there. Or you could call me like I already mentioned. I'm always here. Please don't ignore this because once the data is gone, it's gone for all time. You won't be able to recover it. Does your accountant have access?

    I'll try and get onto support tomorrow, my accountant accesses through my account which is now locked! Thanks for your help.

    I spoke to Julie at Tech support

    You can ring 1800732566

    Or you can update the credit card detail in the control panel and the renewal will be automatic on the expiry date.
