Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2020 - Error Code 6909 when backing up

Hi there,

I keep getting the same error when trying to backup an existing file and the backup fails giving me the Error Code 6909.

  Hi @gregatkinson

  I know this might sound silly but can you please ensure your file name is less than 8 characters in length and then try again. Let me know if you still have trouble after this.

  OMG! That worked immedieately, the file name was quite long but it fixed it straight away when I shortened it. Thank you so much :-)
