Why does Hosted continually log me out - If I dont enter anything for a couple of mins, system logs me out due to inactivity - this is ridiculous!!!
It evens does it whilst I am backing up which causes untold grief
SO WHY DOES IT CONSTANTLY HAPPEN??
I don't have an answer for you, but I have noticed over the past few weeks that this has become very common for me too, compared to what it used to be.

Love to get an answer from Reckon Hosted people themselves - it is totally ridiculous!!! As one of our files is quite large and when I do a backup it freezes because Ive been logged out

Reckon are aware - seems likely due to the volume of Users upgrading at the same time - & investigating so hopefully they'll be able to resolve it soon! But yes ... in the meantime, very frustrating 😫

Hi I asked this question the other day and on my thread you will see another user is asking the same question
It is nothing to do with today's overload but it is a constant daily happening - constantly being logged out day in and day out every single working day

Shaz. My comment also related to my experiences over the last few weeks with many sessions terminated. Strangely enough, today is so far a good day from that perspective, despite what else is going on with the slowness.
