STP app EOFY report

I continued to use the STP app up until June 30, but I wasn't able to complete the final pay week cause it ran into July, how do I finalise the EOFY report if I can't complete the final stp submission?

I want to finished the year with this app and start fresh with the new app

    The pay week that ends in July 2021 should be in the accounts of FY 2022.

    As @Joseph Li has mentioned, its the pay date, (not the pay period) that determines the financial year that a submission falls into. So if the pay date for your recent submissions was set in July, it will fall into the current 2021/22 financial year and will need to be completed in the Payroll App.
