Override Super for Under 18 under 30 hours

Have an employee who is under 18 and works less than 30 hours per week but has earned over $450.00 in the month of July so the Reckon Payroll App is incorrectly calculating Super. Could someone please advise a workaround.

A potential solution could be create a custom earnings item in the Payroll App for this employee. When creating the custom item, you'll have the ability to untick the 'include in super guarantee calculation' option.
