Reports
Every time I build a report, it disappears into oblivion??? I was told a new tab should be created and my pdf report would be sitting there but this is not happening to me. Where are all my saved reports going??????

The window may be behind others.
Change the display to One Window & Show Open Window List (both under the View dropdown menu)

Thx Shaz, but that did not work. It allows me to build a report and then poof it's gone????? Some reports actually create but I have to send them to myself via email to print them????? A bit frustrating!

Have you done a rebuild of data - 3 times is recommended

I'm on a MAC..no ALT key?

Yes I have tried Safari, I have tried Google. I have tried doing this on my MAC and also on my laptop which is Microsoft and some reports like the Tax Summary Report comes up and I have to email it to myself to print it but the Simplified BAS....builds the report and then it's gone....where does it go????? I just purchased this online Reckon (was using the old desktop version before) and all seems very much the same except for this bit when I try to get a report and print it?????

A rebuild of data - 3 times....what does that even mean?????

It tidies up the file and often fixes some errors
go to Utilities- rebuild data
but itβs best to do it 3 times
