Invalid email address

Have registered Reckon Payroll on my laptop. Trying to log in on my phone, keeps telling me to enter a valid email address. I'm using the same email as on my laptop. Any help please.

@phando Wonder how much gap was there between registration on laptop and your attempt to login from phone.
Just to be sure are you using iPhone or Android. Some on this community site are reporting issues with logging from new iPhones. But in any case it might be best to wait a day or so to let the Reckon payroll app server sync your login details before you attempt to use the phone app.
