How to set up payroll in new reckon book?

Hi,

I have just open a new reckon book to do payroll, however there is no payroll option in mune bar, wondering how to fix it? many Thanks!

    Hi @Nicole01

    It sounds like you don't have the payroll module added to your Reckon One service as yet. You can add/customise the modules you have active with your Reckon One service directly from within your account. I'll add a quick screen recording below which will outline how you can add/remove/customise your modules.

    The screen recording doesn't explicitly show it but you'll need the 'Pay Employees' module to access payroll functionality.
