STP reporting

I did a pay run on 6/1/22 and my submission is still processing on 10/1/22. Is there a delay in processing or is it a software issue? Appreciate any help.

    Hi @roses1

    The ATO's SBR2 services were down over the holiday period for maintenance so its likely they have a very large backlog of submissions from all service providers to work through. I'd give it another few days, if you've already sent through your next submission after that particular one and its been successful then your balances have already been updated as STP is reported on a YTD basis only.

    @roses1 Sometimes Payroll App does not automatically update the status of payruns in the display. It might show as Done if you exit the app and log back in. Also check if the STP status has changed to Success.
