Access to Payroll App accounts on iPhone

For some reason I cannot access my accounts although I put in the right password.

Is this a glitch that can be fixed? I can't seem to fix this end. Thanks.

    What is happening specifically when you attempt to access your Payroll App account? Are you encountering an error message? If so, what is it?


    Have you previously been able to access your Payroll App account successfully?

    I put in my email & password and it says one or other is wrong.

    I've not had this problem before and the app has been fine.

    Specifically: Sign in Failed Incorrect username or password. iPhone running iOS 15.1

    What is the ABN that you have registered to your Payroll App account?

    As a test if you head over to https://payroll.reckon.com/ and sign in with the email address and password does it successfully allow you to access your account OR does the same message appear?
