Unicode and language issue

Would you please advise which language support Reckon Accounts Enterprise?

And how to solve the Unicode issue?

    I'm checking with our product team in regard to the query around languages and will let you know.

    In the meantime, can you give me some more details on the unicode issue that you're referring to.

    Dear Rav,


    When using Windows 10 Pro in Chinese has some symbols show "? " but in English, the symbol has correct to show.

    Hi Vick, sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    The product team have advised me that Reckon Accounts is configured to only support the the English language unfortunately. Changing the system language on your PC shouldn't overly cause adverse effects however there may be inconsistencies in some special characters/symbols.
