I am trying to activate my licence key but it wont accept the key number i have

You canβt use a saved activation key you have to reactivate online or by phone. What version are you using? Are you activating or installing? The license key should work to install the program

I doubt that youβll be able to activate that older version - call them tomorrow

i am unable to renew and activate my licence, would you have any other contact to he this done as advertised numbers are not available..
