Opening as new customer

I've used this program for many years, but lately when I open Personal Plus 2022 it treats me as a new customer, it doesn't open my existing file I've been working on.

There's info on the causes of this in the help guide linked below along with how to resolve it.
In particular, I'd recommend that you ensure your filename is less than 8 characters in length.
