Adding employee to pay run

Hi everyone,


I am trying to process a pay run for the first time as I have changed from a sole trader to a company and I am having trouble. I want to add an employee to a pay run I have created but it won’t add in the appropriate details (it doesn’t recognise the employee).

What have I done wrong?

    Are you encountering an error message when attempting to add this employee? If so, can you let me know what it is.

    Also, have you completed all of the details in the employee's profile?
