Collapse or expand accounts

Hi
I am running Reckon Accounts Hosted. Our chart of accounts has multiple expense accounts with multiple sub accounts. Is there a way when running a profit and loss report to report only on the main header account, therefore collapsing the sub accounts.

Yes, along the top of your report, you'll see the Expand/Collapse button which does exactly this! 😊
It will show the alternative each time so for instance, this P&L is in expanded mode so shows the Collapse option:
Once collapsed, it shows the Expand option:
