Super won’t save - new employee

In trying to set up the super portion for a new employee I keep getting the message that “the super details are incomplete “, yet I have every section filled out. It will not save. I’ve tried upwards of 10 times. How do I rectify this?

That's unusual 🤔
Verify the file to check there's no data corruption & if prompted, run the Rebuild (Both these options are under the File dropdown menu > Utilities)
(Do the Rebuild process 3 times as this seems to fix a number of issues)
If that doesn't work, the employee record may be severely corrupted so I'd delete it & create the new employee again from scratch.

I’ve tried the member number with and without the BSB portion with no difference.
it’s an APRA fund.
I tried verifying and it came back with no issues detected.
I deleted the employee and re added them - got the same pop up.
Any other suggestions?

The rebuilds ended up being the magic answer @Acctd4 . Thanks so much. I had read your reply as only do that if the verify came up with an issue and prompted me too, so didn’t do it straight away because the verify came back fine. It worked after 1 rebuild thankfully!
