Employee responsible for STP reporting via Reckon GovConnect has left. Now I can't set up my profile as it is telling me the ABN has already been registered. What are my options?

    Hi @HMFD

    Do you still have access to the pre-existing account that was being used for STP submissions? Or do you have access to the email address that the account has been registered under at least?

    Yes I can still get access to the email account.
