Sharing the trial version

I set up the trial version of hosted for my client now I find I cant share it with me.

To quote a famous SNL alumnus, what's up with that?

    I've had to ask the product team about this one and they've confirmed sharing during the trial period is not possible and has been that way for a number of years.

    Do you encounter this specific situation regularly?

    Yes rav and WHY is it not possible? Xero, Myob and Quickbooks all allow this. What is different about hosted (apart from the expense)

    Really sorry Kevin, I'm not sure why yet but I wasn't receiving notification of your replies on this thread. I'll need to get that looked into.


    In regard to your question though, the simple answer is that its by design and there hasn't been any demand for it historically. I would however recommend that you add it as a feature request on the Ideas Portal though which I'll link below -

    By its design? Hasnt been any demand?

    The other software does this. Are you saying that it is poorly designed?

    Why would the X program have it, what do they know that Reckon doesnt?
