My colleague has created an aba file to upload to the Bank. She has not used the Q drive on RECKON platform. She can not find where she has saved this.

I have managed to view ABA file history and create a PDF is there a way of recreating ABA without deleting payroll cheques.

I tried to convert pdf file to a txt but this did not work.

The file history file has now disappeared from RECKON.

PLease if anyone knows help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Liza

Thanks Shaz - it tried this I managed to get the file from ABA file history then pressed edit file and message appeared to say are you sure not processed - I said YES.

Then went back to online Banking but it was not there. When I then went back into RECKON the ABA history file was empty. I managed to save the file as a PDF file first though but not sure what else I can do as I cant save it as a txt file or aba file.

You would have to delete all the pay cheques and process again to recreate the aba file. Thatโ€™s what I believe anyway

Hi Shaz no they did not help I think because RECKON closed down.

I got to the stage where I pressed EDIT but then the entries did not reappear in the online banking centre so I was not able to create a new ABA file.

The other option is to set up templates in the bank with the information I was able to save from the preview file.
