Can't edit payrun or access employee data in Reckon Payroll


When I click on an employee I get 500: Internal Server Error; when I click on the edit symbol next to an employee's name in the pay run a blank screen appears with 3 blue dots but then nothing happens (the three blue dots just disappear after a while).

We've just released a new update to Reckon Payroll to fix a few bugs. Can I get you logout of Reckon Payroll and then log back in and try again.
Let me know if the same behaviour persists after that.

We are experiencing the same issue also when trying to edit an employee's details.
Haven't done a payrun yet so not sure if we are having issues with that bit as yet.
We will follow your comments on this post to see when resolved.
