Annual Leave and Personal Leave Accrual
We have parttime staff who work varied hours each week.
How do I set up their accruals in payroll? It isn't a set amount each week so I can't put an amount in the hours accrued per pay - help please!!!

Every Hour is the recommended setting - This is because it remains accurate regardless of hours worked eg when an employee works more hours, they accrue more leave, when they work less, they accrue less 😊

Yes that is correct. But how do I put the percentage in that box - Holiday leave 7.6923% and Personal Leave 3.846% - it does not let me put a percentage.
Am I missing something?

It's not a percentage, it's a quantity (the number of hours to be accrued per hour worked/paid):

You can do it as a % of ordinary hours or as a number of minutes per hour. It doesnt matter. The accrual rate is the same.
