I am receiving a message for some reason this week advising Super is not set at 11%. I have gone through all the Super Funds and they all appear as 11%. I ahve not changed anything. Is there a report to run to pin point what this message is referring to? The Super In Payroll Liabiliites is also set to 11%.

Would appreciate your help in this matter

Thanks Kathy

    Hi @Kathyd

    Perhaps this info from the FAQ might help?

    Let me know how you get on

    Hi @Kathyd

    This is usually due to having an Inactive Super Payroll Item that’s therefore still set to an older % rate.

    Show the Inactive ones & just edit the applicable one accordingly ☺️

    So when you look at your payroll items do the super ones show 11%, check any that might be inactive too

    Active & Inactive all indicate 11%

    I would do a data rebuild, under File - Utilities. And do it 3 times

    It will backup before the rebuild, but if you want to backup yourself first no problem

    @Kathyd

    If all else fails in identifying the cause (& you’ve definitely updated them all), it could just be a glitch so tick the checkbox to stop the pop up:
