Income Details not showing up in Gov Portal
Hi everyone,
I have one previous employee where my business is not showing up in their income statements portal. I can confirm I have the correct tax file number. Everything has been uploaded each month correctly and the FinalEvent of the year was correct.
They also mentioned my business is not showing up under previous employment.
Any suggestions on what to do? I've never had this happen before. Everything looks correctly in the STP uploaded.

Iβve had this before and it never got resolved with the ATO, employee had to lodge figures I provided manually

This appears to be something that occurs randomly, not just with Reckon but with other STP payroll providers too eg MYOB, Xero etc. Therefore, I believe this is actually an error on the ATO's side, not yours/Reckon's π¬
Explain to the previous employee that everything has been submitted/lodged correctly from your side as I think they will need to contact the ATO directly.

You wonβt be able to process one because voter STP 2 they no longer work. Just print a payroll report for the year, ensure the figures are correct from Gov Connect and give to employee

They work :) It was for last financial year, perhaps that made a difference

You happened to post as I was just logging in :)
Depending on what components are in their pay, the old INB payment summary may not be able to show it all. This is because they're not STP2 compatible for disaggregation & only pick up the main (original, pre-STP2) tax tracking categories eg Gross Payments (some) Allowances, (some) termination labels & RESC π¬

Last financial year should be there, but yes this is a Random problem

Aha, yes, if the payroll in question was pre-STP2 - & you've confirmed everything is definitely displaying on there - they should be fine to use then, in this scenario π
