Payroll web access is a premium feature. You're in view-only mode currently.

Has the Reckon payroll software changed.

It has allowed me to add the new pay run and add the details for each employee, but says that reports, STP access and payslips are a "premium" feature and won't allow me to click on them. This was through the desktop.

When i went into the mobile app, it allowed me to send payslips etc

I then logged back into the desktop and it then worked as normal - was this just a glitch?

It sounds like it may have been a temporary hiccup there. Is it all ok for you when you login via web today?
