Entitlements while on portable long service leave (coinvest/leaveplus)
We contribute to Leaveplus (previously coinvest) for employees' LSL and Leaveplus then pays the LSL direct to the employee.
However, while on LSL the employee is still entitled to superannuation (which Leaveplus does not pay), and still accrues annual & personal leave.
How do I do this in Accounts Hosted so it will automatically keep calculating the super & accruing the other leave given that I don't need to process their usual pays?

To accrue automatically, you'll need to still process a Paycheque. The system doesn't allow $ 0.00 Payroll Items that result in a $ 0.00 net pay, however it WILL accept amounts that result in a $ 0.00 calculation.
I would create both a new Addition & new Deduction Payroll Item. The Addition will calculate Super & Leave entitlements (with no Taxes selected), the Deduction will not.
On the Paycheque, you'll need to have both lines - The Addition will create the Super & Leave accruals & the deduction will remove the $ amounts only, creating a $ 0.00 net Paycheque ☺️
