Wages YTD have reset
It has just been brought to my attention that the YTD totals for everyones wages have reset back to zero during Dec. (total pay, taxable pay and tax paid) I have no idea why it has changed from one week to the next. The details for A/L, Personal leave and LSL haven't changed and have continued to accumulate correctly, any ideas?

Can you check that your Financial Year &/or Tax Year hasn't been set as January in Company Information (under the Company dropdown menu) ? :
Failing that, try running the Rebuild 3 times. This is under File > Utilities > Rebuild Data (For some reason, THREE rebuilds is known to fix a number of issues!)

Good morning Shaz, we ended up having to Rebuild 3 times and that appears to have fixed the problem. Thanks for sharing that information, I'd never have come up with that.
