Leave loading in Payroll app

I have been trying to help a client with the payroll app, where despite having the latest update one employee still calculates leave loading. We are unable to save it as 0% in employee record but 2 other employees are okay.

How can we fix this?

    Hi @KarenAlice,

    Could you please provide a screenshot on what you mean in regard to the leave loading for the pay-run or employee default pay items?

    Are you currently using a Pay item that has a multiplier applied in the pay-run?

    I cannot give you a screenshot at the moment, but over the Christmas break there was holiday leave used on an hourly basis.

    In settings the leave loading is 0, but for that particular employee the app won't allow the nil %, it comes up with a note saying it must be between 1 and 100.

    Hi @KarenAlice

    If you leave the Leave Loading field blank rather than adding a value, it should accept that and result in no leave loading being calculated.

    Give that a go and let us know if that works for you 🙂
