If it was correct previously, it is likely due to February being a shorter month (which therefore affects the system’s automatic due date calculation)
You’ll need to check the Due Date on the relevant-dated Invoices & manually edit this if required 😬
A/R Ageing Summary is different to ageing on statements

We have customers who are in 30-60 days, but their statements are showing the amount for that period in "Current". The A/R ageing summary is correct. We have the terms in customer profile correctly nominated as 30 days EOM. We can't isolate where the issue is. This just changed out of the blue! Can anyone assist please? Many thanks.

Thank you so much Shaz - that worked. We went into the January invoices and dated them the day before - the statements are now correct.
