MFA setup - Sporting Club

Hi Support

I am the bookkeeper for a Sporting Club and am receiving messages re the new MFA set up. Our current subscription is for 1 Lic - multiusers. (Accounts Hosted)

Please provide exact instructions on how we proceed from here: we have 4 users: Bookkeeper, Treasurer, Auditor and Accountant.

We need to ensure all of us can access Reckon at any time, on our current subscription.

    technically you canโ€™t, MFA can only be setup on one phone so other users will have to get the code from whomever this person is every time they login. Your one license for which I assume you pay around $900, does not include multi users

    Currently our Auditor, Accountant and Treasurer do connect to our Reckon package with their own user names and passwords. May I please seek a quote from Reckon (to my email address) for a package that allows the 4 of us separate access. We will have to discuss further as to whether we continue with this product.

    you would have to buy 4 licenses, cost online appears to be 915 each, but there are discounts to be had. I am not from Reckon, @GerryWinter or @Rav can help answer this

    Hi @Carolyn Accounts

    If you currently have a 1 user licence to Hosted but require all 4 users to access Hosted at any stage, you will need licences for those additional users to allow concurrent access. This will also allow them to have their own individual MFA.

    When it comes to mandatory MFA starting on May 15 this is enabled on the Hosted login itself (not the company file).
