Authenticator Issue

I am using a Authenticator to log into Reckon Hosted, the issue I'm having is its under my name, my partner would also like to log on from home when I'm not using reckon.

How can she log on without my authenticator, can she register to have an Authenticator without buying an extra licence?

Your MFA code will come through to the one source that you've setup so in this case, if you've setup MFA with an authenticator app on your phone and your partner tries to login to the same account elsewhere they will be prompted for the MFA code from your authenticator app.
