Has any other Sage users found Reckon a lot more expensive than originally stated?
When Sage announced it was ceasing to continue it advised reckon would operate for the same cost as what Sage was. My subscription is double and the system is horrible to use. Is anyone else finding this? Real time time sheet entry is non existent and every action seems to have problems, not to mention support has very little understanding of the english language.

I'm really sorry to hear you've had a rough start to your experience with Reckon One, that's obviously not what we're looking to deliver for new users who have moved over from Sage but I appreciate you raising this feedback.
In regard to your Reckon One subscription being double to your former Sage subscription, that certainly shouldn't be the case so leave this with me for a bit and I'll get that looked into.
You've also mentioned you've run into trouble with your use of Reckon One itself, can you give us a bit more info on what issues you've encountered specifically and we'll do our best to assist.
