Registering for the upcoming EOFY Webinar
I am not sure where I am up to with this. I registered and paid by credit card on 6 June for the Webinar being held on 7 July. To date I have not received any confirmation that my payment went ahead but the money has gone from my visa. I am checking as there seems to be strange things going on with my computer and online work lately. I am putting it all down to the NBN being unreliable, but I really want to join in with the Webinar to ensure I am up to date with finalisations.

Can I just confirm which webinar you've registered for and I'll follow up to see where things are at. I can see we've got a payroll end of year webinar scheduled on 3 July but I can't see any on 7 July but I could be wrong so just want to confirm.
Also, would you have registered for the webinar using the same email address that is linked with your Community account?

And these are more of my problems I am having lately! It's not just the NBN…. I chose 3 July, not 7th. And I am not sure if I ticked all the boxes when I logged into the registration part or that I paid the money and logged out. I have done a lot of other things in the last week. I would have used my current e-mail, which is the one you replied to. Thank you.

I've just clicked onto the 'register now' window, and it's automatically come up with my old work address, even though the notification e-mail has gone to my new address. I am assuming I would have changed it to the current one.

Ok it looks like there was a small typo in the email address you entered ie. there was a missing letter in your name.
We're going to try and correct that on our end and I'll let you know once that is done.
I do need to confirm something with you though, you've registered for the end of financial year payroll webinar that is specific to Reckon Accounts Hosted/Reckon Accounts Desktop.
Is that the one you want to attend because if I'm not mistaken, you've moved over to Reckon One now haven't you? (I could be wrong).

Thank you. At least I know I'm registered for something! I do have a Hosted payroll client using his software so I will need to be up to date with that. But, yes, I will need advice with Reckon Payroll. The blurb on the invitation is 'You're invited to join the Reckon One Payroll End of Year webinar' I am using Reckon One for some of my clients who don't have payroll but I am using Reckon Payroll for 3 clients whom I just do payroll for.
And now I'm a little confused. The invitation I thought I registered with included Reckon Payroll, but I have just looked at another e-mail and that one doesn't. Did I have many choices??? Both are stating the same time and date.
But basically I need to look at the Hosted payroll and Reckon Payroll to ensure I have everything in a straight line. Would I need to register for another time slot?

There are two separate webinars; one for Reckon Accounts Hosted/Reckon Accounts Desktop on 3 July at 11am and another for Reckon Payroll on the same day at 2pm.
After speaking with my colleague earlier to check things out, you're currently registered and paid for the Reckon Accounts Hosted webinar only.

Am I able to change to the Reckon Payroll one that's later? I can probably (since it's only for one client) get through the Hosted one as I have done them before, but the Reckon Payroll is totally new and I am concerned I won't get it right. As I said, I thought I was registering for the second one anyway. And as I said, I should remember to read things properly every time!
If I have to, I will register the Reckon Payroll separately, but would appreciate if you friend could change my application.
