RAH has dropped out twice this morning.

First time screen went black and reloaded after a couple of seconds.

Now getting the Gateway failed authenticating user token error.

Both times using the software.

    Hi @JO-ANNE_7327707

    The gateway failed error appears when there is an interruption in the internet connection eg. your connection has dropped momentarily, or if the page is either manually refreshed in the browser or navigated away from and then back using the browser back button for example.
